The 06" ID Enervex BBF is a fixed position damper used to balance draft in a boiler connector. It is used when multiple heating appliances are connected to a single, common chimney. For chimneys using 1/2" flanged connections.
The manually operated positioning handle is used to set the damper position. A locknut is used to fix the position.
