Refund policy

All Van-Packer and Enervex products are made-to-order and therefore *cannot* be returned for a refund.

Any shipping damage MUST BE NOTED on the freight carrier's Bill of Lading at time of delivery and any damaged cartons REFUSED in order to prevent charges for replacements.
